"Recently received our renewal from Allstate and felt it came in really high. Worked with Ula to get an updated quote for car and auto insurance. She was very professional and responsive. We ended up with savings of couple thousand dollars just by switching from Allstate and have similar or better coverage then before. Highly recommend giving the Agata Bielski’s agency a call, they can save you a lot of money. Would give 10 stars if I could."

"Sadly, I was pleased overall with the office since I have been with State Farm over 15 years, cant say that now! The one I truly avoid and cannot stand with her "extra self" is Ursula. This woman irritates me with her extra demeanor of dealing with her over the years. I cringe! The other day I get a call from Ursula that my insurance on my vehicles went down over $80 and would I be interested in life insurance policies. Two weeks later, I get a home insurance policy renewal. The renewal home insurance its so spiked up that it went up like 25%!!!! The home insurance policy insured amount is so spiked to a ridiculous amount, with other inadequate information on the policy! Why is Ursula not calling me now??!! Where is Ursula now??!! What a joke!! Lady are you serious??!! The only one that is truly worth any recognition is Dominika, always efficient, sincere, always to the point, always pleasure to deal with over the years. Dominika is always eager to help just really a pleasant person to deal with. Dominika leaves all the unecessary short draining comments, as well as these extra really stupid tactics of selling OVERPRICED insurance like Ursula. On the other hand, I can't say that about draining Ursula, complete opposite dealing with her over the years!! Ursula, I avoid you like a plague!! Response; Since you want to correct me with deflection, I will allow myself to correct you with truth. Sadly, that is not the case, I did try to speak to Joanna, about the homeowners policy hike, and was not even thinking that it would be made into a problem, because it shouldn't. Nonetheless, Joanna would not allow me to speak regarding the homeowners policy in question with the tremendous premium hike over the years, because I wasn't on the policy. All these years never had any issues making changes and discussing policies but now it's a problem. As someone with an elderly parent that's been handling this type of issues for years now all of a sudden it's a problem. When Joanna forbid to discuss the policy with me, I asked to speak to you she informed me that you are not in the office. Don't deflect on some of the ignorance that I have encountered, that's not the way to treat your customers. I have changed over agents and found out that the underwriter didn't look at the homeowners policy in question since 2018, and was overpaying this whole time. Your new customers may praise Ursula all they want soon they will find out like i did. Excusing Ursula for her actual tricks to sell more insurance and interfering with people's busy lives while you are calling as personal epiteths while trying to deflect on someone's tricky sales practices of overpriced insurance i find it to be very unprofessional. You are failing to admit where you have failed me as an agent and your employees did too. If, and if, I was interested in expension of my insurance portfolio I would have called, and inquired which I did in the past and found out that the outrageous expensive rates are not something I would be interested in. Sincerely, an x-customer that doesn't like deflection! (No type of discount or promise of entering into a drawing were offered for this review)"

"Mr. W L, I am really sorry to hear your frustrations with one of my employees, as personal as they sound. I wanted to address your disappointment in her, suggesting she only reached out to you to sell you new policies but did not call when premiums went up. We provide many different types of insurance policies and life insurance is a big part of our customer's portfolio. My team strives to make sure that our customers are properly insured, and their families are safe, so we would not be providing a good service if we didn't inquire about policies that you don't currently hold with us. It is important to mention that at the time that she reached out to you about the life policy, your homeowners policy renewal was not yet available to us and that is supported by your statement that you did not receive the policy for weeks following the call. I am glad, however, that at the time of your call she was able to provide you with some good news about your auto policy rates going down. I did check your homeowners policy and the actual increase was 13%, not 25% like you stated. This 13% increase includes the annual replacement cost recalculations and increase of some of the coverages. This is also the same percentage increase that occurred at the time of renewal the previous year. I am very sorry that you chose to leave my agency instead of giving us a chance to go over it with you and answer any questions or concerns. Our customers are well aware of the service my agency provides to them. Anytime customers have questions regarding any type of policy, we take it very seriously and we investigate it until all questions are answered. You did experience that service with us before as you were a great, long-term customer of almost 20 years. You yourself admit that you were pleased with our service until now and you praised another employee’s services, yet you still left a 1 start review. I would urge you to consider how using very personal epithets towards another human being affects not only that person, but their families and colleagues as well. We all have a right to like or dislike someone but there is a proper way of handling those feelings. I would have been happy to personally talk to you about any concerns or requests to not be contacted by certain sales individuals. Any requests would have been noted and honored. I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave a bad review instead of addressing it directly with me. I truly wish you the best, Agata Bielski "
